| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胸壁肿瘤切除术后的重建修复方法及其效果。方法 回顾分析19例胸壁重建修复治疗的临床资料。结果 19例较大骨性胸壁缺损采用不同的重建材料修复，恢复了胸壁稳定性，并保证了正常呼吸，效果良好。结论 较大的骨性胸壁缺损采用硅橡胶绦纶丝网颅骨成型片(颅骨替代品)修补重建，优点鲜明且全面，可以作为一种理想的胸壁修复材料。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate reconstruction and repair of chest wall after tumor excision.Methods Clinical data of 19 patients undergoing reconstruction and repair of chest wall tumor were retrospectively analyzed.Result Different reconstruction materials were used in 19 patients with wide chest wall defects.The stability of chest wall was recovered and the normal respiratory was assured.Results were satisfactory.Conclusion Templets of silicone rubber used for chest wall reconstruction and repair can be a satisfactory material for repair of chest wall. |
