| 摘 要： | 目的：估价磁共振胰胆管造影（ＭＲＣＰ）的临床应用价值。方法：用重Ｔ２磁共振水成像技术作ＭＲＣＰ１０２例。采用快速自旋回波和脂肪抑制技术，图像经三维最大信号强度投影后处理。结果：临床检查１０２例疑为胰胆疾患者，其中９６例阳性，６例阴性。此技术可清楚描画胰胆管的形态，展示各种疾病的异常改变，正确性高。结论：ＭＲＣＰ是安全、可靠的非侵袭性的检查方法，不用造影剂能较好的估价胰胆系统的解剖和病理变化，提高诊断能力。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical use of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP).Methods:Heavily T 2 weighted MRCP was performed with Fast Spin Echo(FSE) and fat suppression in 102 cases.The resulting slices are then projected with into a composite image using 3 D standard maxium intensity projection algorithm.Results:The results of 102 cases suspected to have pancreatic and bile diseases showed that 96 cases were positive and no evidence of any abnormal findings in 6 cases.The technique depicts image of pancreatic and bile ducts and demonstrates abnormal changes of various diseases with high accuracy.Conclusion:MRCP is a safe,reliable and noninvasive method for depicting the pancreatic bile ducts.It does not require iodinated contrast material. |
