220例COPD患者经营养支持治疗的临床价值

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）经营养支持治疗的临床价值。方法对2003年6月至2007年6月在我院内科就诊的220例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组110例，对照组采用常规治疗而是给予常规抗感染、支气管扩张剂、呼吸兴奋剂、祛痰药、激素、氧疗、纠正酸碱失衡的治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用营养支持治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后肺功能指标的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗前FEV1、FVC比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗组治疗前后因FEV1、FVC比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；对照组治疗前后FEV1、FVC比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后冶疗组FEV1、FVC改善明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论COPD患者肺功能经营养支持治疗得到明显改善，提高了患者的生活质量，值得临床大力推广。

Clinical Value of 220 Cases of Nutritional Support Treatment of Patients with COPD

Objective： To study the clinical value of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） on the best supportive care. Methods： From June 2003 to June 2007, 220 patients in department of internal of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment groups, and for every group 110 patients, in the control group given conventional treatment but conventional anti-infective, bronchodilators, respiratory stimulant, expectorant drugs, hormones, oxygen therapy, the correct treatment of acid-base disorders. In the conventional treatment group on the basis of the use of nutritional support treatment, compared two groups of patients before and after the changes in lung function indicators. Results： Two groups before treatment in patients with FEV1, FVC were compared, the differences were not statistically significant （P〉 0.05）, treatment group before and after treatment FEV1, FVC were compared, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.01）; in the control group before and after treatment FEV1, FVC comparison, the differences were not statistically significant （P〉 0.05）, the treatment of staff members after the group FEV1, FVC improvement is better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： Lung function in patients with COPD on the best supportive care improved treatment and quality of patients＇ life, it is worth of clinical promotion.
