赌博致精神障碍患者临床分析及护理对策

目的针对与“六合彩”赌博有关精神障碍患者的临床资料分析,探讨其护理对策。方法采用回顾性调查收集39例病例分析,了解参与“六合彩”赌博相关因素。结果大多数患者病前性格不良(30例),并有强烈好奇心,受周围人们引诱,一部分有精神病阳性家族史(6例)。经戒或禁止参与“六合彩”投注活动,结合小剂量抗精神病药及心身护理对策,获得较好疗效。结论针对上述因素,提出以下护理对策应用首因效应,沟通护患感情;满足病人心理需要,解除心理压力;寻求家庭和社会支持;说服教育;促进康复。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS AND NURSING MEASURE FOR PATIENTS WITH MENTAL DISORDER ASSOCIATED TO "LIU HE CAI" GAMBLING

Objective Through analyzing clinical data of patients with mental disorder associated to “liu he cai” gambling to explore their nursing measures. Methods The data of 39 cases with mental disorder associated to “liu he cai” gambling were reviewed, and the factors relative with “liu he cai” gambling were investigated. Results Most of patients had bad personality (30 cases) and were full of curiosity as well as easy-induced. Some of them had positive psychosis family history. The curative effect showed better by giving up and banning gambling, combining small dosage anti-psychotic drugs with physical and mental nursing measures. Conclusion To above factors, the following nursing measures were made out: using first-factor effect, to interchange emotion of nurse and patient; to satisfy patients’ mental need and to reduce mental stress; looking for family and society support; explanation and education; promoting rehabilitation.
