| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性左心功能不全的院前急救和护理。方法对27例急性左心功能不全患者的院前急救和护理及安全转运进行分析。结果27例患者均能在20～50min内得到院前抢救并安全转运至医院进一步救治,总成功率为81.4%(22/27);收缩压、舒张压、心率降低明显(p<0.05),呼吸减慢显著(p<0.01)。结论对急性左心功能不全患者进行及时、适当的现场急救护理,是安全转运的保障,并为进一步院内急救奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Objective To Explore the pre-hospital first-aid and nursing of acute left cardiac insufficiency.Methods To analyze the pre-hospital first-aid and nursing and safely transportation in 27 patients with acute left cardiac insufficiency.Results 27 cases got timely pre-hospital first-aid and were safely transported to hospital for further therapy.The total success rate was 81.4%(22/27cases).The systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and heart rate descended significantly(p<0.05).The breath rate descended evidently(p<0.01).Conclusion To perform the promptly field first-aid and nursing is the precondition of safe transportation,it established the base of the further first-aid in hospital. |
