慢性咳嗽55例纤维支气管镜检查结果分析

目的 对55例原因不明的慢性咳嗽患者进行纤维支气管镜检查，评价纤维支气管镜在不明原因的慢性咳嗽中的应用价值。方法 对慢性咳嗽8周以上的55例患者，经临床检查排除咳嗽变异性哮喘、胃食管反流、鼻后滴漏综合征、嗜酸粒细胞支气管炎（EB）后，予以纤维支气管镜检查。结果 发现支气管黏膜慢性炎症25例，气管或支气管内膜结核11例，支气管肺癌7例，支气管真菌感染2例，支气管异物1例，支气管息肉1例，未见异常8例。结论 原因不明的慢性咳嗽患者进行纤维支气管镜检查有重要意义。

Diagnostic analysis of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in 55 cases of chronic cough

Objective To investigate the clinical value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in diagnosing the cause of chronic cough. Methods After exduded the diagnosis of cough variant asthma,postnasal drip syndrome and gastroesophageal reflux,the 55 patients suffered from chronic cough of unknown for 8 weeks were examined with fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Results After the examination with fiberoptic bronchoscopy for diagnosing the cause of chronic cough,25 patients with chronic bronchitis were determined,11 patients with tracheal or bronchial tuberculosis,7 patients with bronchopulmonary carcinoma, 2 patients with bronchial infection of epiphyte, 1 patient with bronchial eyewinker, 1 patient with bronchial polypu. 8 patients were normal. Conclusion The data show the examination of fiberoptic bronchoscopy is quite indispensable to diagnose the cause of chronic cough of unknown.
