| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨关节镜下治疗膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法从2009年3月到2013年7月，该科收治的31例色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎。结果切口均无感染，均未行术后放疗。3例复发，再次行手术治疗后现均未复发。IKDC（国际膝关节评估表）、Lysholm评分术前分别是（52．77±3．87）、（51．26±4．04），术后分别是（84．45±2．75）、（81．65±4．11），P＜0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论关节镜微创手术对于膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎安全有效，创伤小恢复快，术后复发率低。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical results of arthroscopic treatment for PVS of the knee .Methods From March 2009 to July 2013,we treated 31 cases of PVS by arthroscopy .Results No incision infection,no postoperative radiotherapy .There were 3 cases recurred.After reoperation we found no recurrence .The mean IKDC score increased form 52.77 ±3.87（preoperative）to 84.45 ±2.75 （postoperative）,The mean Lysholm score increased form 51.26 ±4.04（preoperative）to 81.65 ±4.11（postoperative）.There were sta-tistically significant .Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment for PVS of the knee is safe and effective .The minimally invasive procedure provides better recovery .The recurrence rate is low . |
