企业员工心理健康状况与寻求专业性心理帮助态度的相关性

目的 探讨企业员工心理健康以及与寻求专业心理帮助态度的关系，为促进企业员工更好地利用精神卫生服务，保持良好的心理健康提供依据。方法 采用焦虑自评量表（SAs）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）以及寻求专业性心理求助态度问卷（ATSPPH）对664名企业员工进行调查。结果 （1）664名企业员工中焦虑检出率为19．9％。抑郁检出率为29．4％。不同焦虑状态的企业员工ATSPPH总分、信任性、社会成见和人际开放评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。不同抑郁状态的员工ATSPPH总分及各因子评分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。健康组寻求专业性心理帮助态度倾向显著高于其他组，焦虑、抑郁程度越重，其对心理咨询服务的信心越低，开放性越少。（2）在寻求专业性心理帮助的态度上，女性ATSPPH总分、自我认知、信任性和人际开放评分显著高于男性，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。在受教育程度上，文化程度越高，ATSPPH总分、自我认知和人际开放评分越高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。在婚姻状态上，未婚员工ATSPPH总分、自我认知、社会成见和人际开放评分高于已婚员工，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。（3）不同求助行为的员工寻求专业心理帮助的比较，接受过心理咨询的企业员工人际开放因子上显著高于未接受过心理咨询的员工，差异有统计学意义（t=2．592，P〈0．05）。结论 企业员工心理健康不容忽视，提升专业心理帮助的利用度可有效提高员工的心理健康。

Relationship between mental health status and psychological help seeking of enterprise employees

Objective To study the relationship between mental health status and the psychological help seeking of enterprise employees. The purpose is to provide theory bases for to improve the employees psychological help seeking attitude, help them to deal with the psychological crisis effectively. Methods Totals of 664 employees were measured with the SAS, SDS and ATSPPH （Attitudes toward Seeking Professional Psychological Help）. Results （1） Anxiety detection rate was 19.9＆ in 664 enterprise employees. Depression detection rate was 29.4%. Different anxiety state of the total score of enterprise employees seeking professional psychological help, trust and social prejudices and interpersonal openness had significant difference （P〈 0.01）. Different depressive state of employees seeking professional psychological help attitude score, self-awareness, social stigma, interpersonal trust, open factor points were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Health groups seeking professional psychological help attitude tended to be significantly higher than that of other groups, degree of depression is heavier, the lower confidence in psychological counseling, the less open. （2）On the attitude of seeking professional psychological help women seeking professional psychological help attitude score, self-awareness, trust and interpersonal openness was significantly higher than male （P 〈0.05）. On the level of education, the higher the level of education and the attitude score, seeking professional psychological help self-awareness and interpersonal open on the more positive （P〈0.05）. On the marital status, state of unmarried employees seeking professional psychological help attitude score, self-awareness, social prejudices and interpersonal openness was higher than the married state employees （P 〈 0.05）. （3）Different comparison of seek professional psychological help for help behavior, psychological consultation of enterprise employees＇ interpersonal open factor was significantly higher than not
