摘    要:目的:探讨呼吸道感染患儿肺炎支原体( MP)感染临床特点状况,为其临床诊断提供有力依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法选择2010年10月-2013年10月253例该院儿科表现为呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象。详细记录其相关信息,分析临床特点。结果253例标本中72例MP阳性,阳性率为28.5%;年龄分析3~6岁儿童更容易发生MP感染,6~12岁儿童发生率最低;季节分析发现冬秋季发生率高,但四节发生率比较差异不明显(P>0.05)。喘息、哮鸣音表现比较三组有差异,分别为1~3岁41例(60.3%)、34(50.0%),3~6岁34例(30.6%)、34例(30.6%),6~12岁15例(20.3%)、12例(16.2%)(P均<0.05);白细胞计数亦有差异(P均<0.05),3~6岁以白细胞计数正常为主,6~12岁以白细胞计数升高为主。结论患儿MP感染的发生率比较高,在临床实际工作中,对于诊断为MP感染的患儿行大环内酯类抗生素治疗有较好的临床疗效。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children .Methods Two hun-dred and fifty-three children with respiratory tract infection from October 2010 to October 2013 were included .The detection of antibody was detected MP.Results Seventy-two cases of 253 were MP positive,and the positive rate was 28.5%.Children in 3~6 years old were more likely to develop MP infection ,and the lowest incidence occurred in children aged 6-12 years old.There was no significant differences of MP infection in season (P〉0.05).There were significant differences in breathing ,wheezing sound among the three groups.There were 41 cases(60.3%),34(50.0%)for children of 1-3 years old,34 cases(30.6%),34 cases(30.6%) for children of 3-6 years old,and 15 cases(20.3%),12 cases(16.2%) for children of 6-12 years old,respectively(P〈0.05).White blood cell counts also had differences(P〈0.05).Conclusions MP infection rate is very high among children with respiratory tract infection .For the children diagnosed with MP infection antibiotic treatment of macrolides has better clinical curative effect .
