鼻咽癌放疗后拔牙与颌骨放射性骨髓炎

目的旨在进一步了解鼻咽癌放疗后拔牙与颌骨放射性骨髓炎之间的关系，提高放疗后牙病的治疗水平。方法收集鼻咽癌放疗后拔牙68例，在拔牙前常规使用抗生素，丹参片维生素C药物2d，并进行X线拍片检查。拔牙后继续用同样药物1～2周。并作复查。结果拔牙后一个月上皮复盖创面52例，二个月上皮复盖创面11例，三个月上皮复盖创面3例，有二例拔牙前已发现颌骨放射性骨坏死的病例伤口未能愈合。结论放疗后拔牙是颌骨的主要创伤因素，拔牙后伤口愈合时间较长，但没有发现诱发颌骨放射性骨髓炎作用。

Extracting tooth after radiotherapy of nasopharvngeal carcinoma and raduation ostomyelitis of jaws

Objectives To search the relation between extracting tooth after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal caecinomaand radiation ostomyelitis of jaws to improve the treatment level on dental diseases after radiotherapy. Methods 68 casesof extracting tooth after radiotherapy were regularly treated with antibiotics and Salvia Miltorrhiza, Vitamine C two daysbefore extrccting tooth, and had X-ray examination. They were continually treated with the same medicine for one to twoweeks and were reexamined after extrating tooth. Results There were 52, 11 , 3 cases whose wound of extracting toothwas covered with epithelium in one, two, three months of extracting tooth respectively there were. 2. Cases with osteoradione crosis before extracting tooth whose wound of did not heal. Conclusion Extracting tooth after radiotherapy was themain. Wounding factor to jaws, the time for healing of the wound of ectracting tooth was longer. But the inducing effact tothe theradiation osteomtlitis of jaws was not discovered.
