灰树花多糖在小鼠体内抗病毒作用的研究

摘    要:灰树花多糖具有增强免疫应答的作用。为了研究其抗病毒的作用,作者将10LD_(50)的流行性感冒病毒(PR8/34株)或Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒分别接种小鼠,观察该成分对小鼠的保护作用。结果证明,抗流行性感冒病毒的保护效应十分明显,且与使用的剂量相关。当灌胃剂量为2000、1000及500mg/kg/d,病毒对照组100%死亡时,病死率分别下降70、60和30%,而抗单纯疱疹病毒的最佳浓度则较低,其病死率分别下降10、20和70%。总之,灰树花多糖具有较明显的对抗流行性感冒病毒和Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒的作用。

Abstract:It has been previously shown that Grifolon Polysaccharide extracted from the fungus Grifola frondosa is able to increase the immune response. During this study we tested its protective effect against virus infection. Mice which had been infected with 10 LD50 of either Herpes Simplex Virus Type-1(HSV-1) or Influenza virus(strain PR 8/34) were treated through intubation with varying doses of Grifolon Polysaccharide. A significant increasing protective effect against Influenza virus was found,which depended on the dosage used.The reduction in death rate varied from(100% in controls)70%,60% to 30% when the mice were daily intubated at the dosage of 2000 ,1000 and 500 mg/kg of body weight respective. A protective effect was also found against HSV-1 infection at the lowest dosage tested.The reductions in death rates were 10%, 20%and 70% respectively.In conclusion,Grifolon Polysaccharide has a significant protective effect against Influenza virus and HSV-1.
