| 摘 要： | 目的:观察益气活血清热法对慢性萎缩胃炎(CAG)及胃癌前病变的疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的60例患者,随机分为益气活血清热法治疗组与胃复春对照组,分别治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为73.3%,两组比较,治疗组临床症状的改善优于对照组,病理学改变也优于对照组,其中胃黏膜萎缩与肠上皮化生的变化具有显著性差异。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of tonify qi,clear away heat and remove blood stasis method on the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Method:Classifying 60 patients with CAG randomly into two groups: treated group and controlled group,who receive treatment for 3 months of the tonify qi,clear away heat and remove blood stasis method and Weifuchun pill respectively.Results: The total effect of the two group are 93.3% and 73.3% respectively.The improvement of clinical symptoms and pathological change... |
