| 摘 要： | 完善临床专业研究生复试考核方法是医学研究生教育的一项重要工作。在复试环节中,在对考生全面考察的基础上,强化对专业素质、综合素质、实践能力以及创新精神等方面的考核,择优录取。通过维护复试工作的权威性、严格复试工作的程序和完善复试工作的监督机制三个环节来保证复试的公平与公正。我校经过探索和实践,取得了一定的经验。

| Abstract: | Perfect reexamination of graduates in medical postgraduate education is an important task.In the reexamination session,on the basis of comprehensive study on candidates,the professional quality,overall quality,practical ability,innovative areas and assessment of merit should be combined to select excellent candidates.The justice of the reexamination would be guaranteed through reexamination authority,strict procedure and supervisory system.We gained some experience through the exploration and practice. |
