循证医学在中医教育实践中的应用

循证医学是一门新兴学科，它给西方医学带来了迅猛的发展，同时也影响到了中医领域。近几十年来国内关于将循证医学应用于中医教学实践的讨论层出不穷，他们各自阐述着自己的观点。但是考虑到现代社会的特点以及与古代社会的差异，中医学循证已成大趋势。回顾这些年来中医循证之路，群策群力，却收效甚微。中医学本身就存在着“循证基因”，我们需要做的就是将这些基因的作用发挥出来。中医循证的教学应该侧重于循证理念，而临床实践则应该侧重于辨证论治与循证医学相结合。

Application of Evidence-based Medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine Education

Evidence-based medicine（EBM） is a new subject, it develops western medicine rapidly, and is affecting the field of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）. In recent decades, the domestic discussion on putting EBM into the teaching and practice of TCM is endless, dif-ferent opinions were expounded respectively. The characteristics of modern society and its difference with ancient society make putting EBM into TCM a trend. Reviewing the road of putting EBM into TCM in these years, we pool brains and brawn, but get a unsatisfied re-turn. There is ＂evidence-based gene＂ in TCM itself, what should we do is just to take the ＂gene＂ out. The teaching of EBM should put the key on the idea of EBM, while clinical practice should focus on combination of treatments based on syndrome differentiation and EBM.
