砭石热熨背部辅助治疗支气管哮喘30例

目的观察砭石热熨背部辅助治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法对我科2011年1月至2011年10月收治的支气管哮喘患者共60例采用随机分组的方法,分为实验组及对照组,实验组30例采用西医常规治疗加砭石热熨背部辅助治疗,对照组30例采用西医常规治疗。结果临床总有效率实验组93.33%,对照组73.33%;实验组肺通气功能指标的改善、血清免疫球蛋白Ig E、PEF、PEF变异率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。（P〈0.05）。结论采用砭石热熨背部辅助治疗支气管哮喘的中西医结合疗法效果较单纯西医常规治疗效果显著,有临床意义。

Clinical Efficacy Observation on Adjuvant Treatment of Bronchial Asthma by Stone Needle Back-Heating Therapy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of stone needle back-heating therapy as an adjuvant treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods From January 2011 to October 2011, using the method of randomization, 60 bronchial asthma patients in our department were equally divided into experiment and control groups. Patients in experiment group were treated by conventional western medicine plus ad-juvant stone needle back-heating therapy, patients in control group were treated by conventional western medicine therapy. Results The total clinical effective rates of experiment group and control group were 93.33 % and 73.33%, respectively. Improvements in pulmonary function index, serum immunoglobulin Ig E, PEF and PEF variation rate in experiment group were statistically more significant than in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using stone needle back-heating as an adjuvant treatment, integrative therapy has a more remark-able and significant effect on bronchial asthma than a simple conventional western medicine therapy does.
