93例青年大肠癌的临床病理分析

目的探讨青年大肠癌的发病特点及临床、病理特征。方法对93例青年（14～44岁）大肠癌患者的临床病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果93例青年大肠癌中，男女患病构成比相似。主要临床症状以黏液血便多见占58．1％。外院误诊50例（53．8％），行直肠指检仅8例（8．6％）。肿瘤发生在直肠54例（58．1％）。病理类型以中低分化腺癌多见64例（68．8％），其次为黏液腺癌10例（10．8％）。Duke＇s分期B期28例（30．1％），C＋D期65例（69．9％）。结论青年大肠癌由于临床特点不典型，以致重视程度不够，误诊率高，确诊晚，恶性程度高，预后差。因此青年大肠癌的早期诊治，对提高其预后有重要意义。

Clinical Pathological Analysis in 93 Cases of Youth Colorectal Cancer

Objective To analyze pathological and clinical features of young patients of eoloreetal cancer. Methods The clinical data of coloreetal eaneer of 93 young patients （ 15 -44 years old） was retrospectively analyzed. Results Male-to-female ratio was similar in the data. The main clinical symptom was mucus bloody stool （58.1%） ,and 50 cases were misdiagnosed by another hospital （53.8%） ,rectal touch only had 8 cases （8.6%）. Meanwhile the tumor of 54 eases was mainly occurred in rectum （58.1%）. There were 64 cases poorly differentiated aclencareinoma （68.8%） and 10 cases mueinous adenocarcinoma （ 10.8% ）. According to Dukes staging of eoloreetal cancer, all patients could be divided into 28cases B （ 30.1% ） and 65 cases C plus D （ 69.9% ）. Conclusion Because the clinical features of eolorectal cancer of young patients were not typical, resulting in insufficient attention, high rates of misdiagnosis,later final diagnosis, high incidence of poorly differentiated, more advanced stage and poor prognosis. So it is significance to young patients of coloreetal cancer to enhance the prognosis, early diagnosed and treated.
