护士长竞聘上岗的实践与体会

摘    要:在整个医疗体系中,护理工作所肩负的任务是艰巨的,需要解决的问题不少,这要求护理界人士积极不懈地努力奋斗去解决.随着医院人事制度改革的不断深入,护士长竞聘上岗已经成为选拔护理干部、提高护理质量的一个重要手段.推行护士长竞聘上岗的激励机制,拓宽用人渠道,让那些德才兼备、业绩突出、群众拥护的优秀护理人才脱颖而出,不但是改进护理工作的重要内容,也是整体医疗改革中重要环节.辽宁省锦州医学院附属第一医院从2003年3月开始实行护士长竞聘上岗,取得了很好的效果.

Abstract:Nursing is a strong work in medical services.The nurses should put lots attention to deal with difficulties. With the deepen of human resource management in hospitals, nursing directors should compete for the post which is a way to choose directors and improving nursing quality. The regulation of competition post on nursing management not only improves nursing quality, but also improves total medical reform. The new regulation was implemented from March 2003 and has gotten better result.
