药师临床服务模式调研

目的:探索适合我国国情的药师临床服务模式。方法:分别在广州市2家三级甲等医院随机选取住院病人、医师、护士、药房药师和临床药师共170人,按事先设计的表格进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:对临床药师的工作内容认识普遍比较模糊,对药师参与临床工作提出了较高的要求,但对现状不满意。结论:药师应建立以病人为中心、以合理用药为核心的临床服务模式,不断改善知识结构,提高临床服务能力。

Investigation on Clinical Service Mode of Pharmacists

OBJECTIVE:To explore the suitable clinical service mode for pharmacists in China.METHODS:A questionnaire was designed and a random sample of 170 people were selected from 2 hospitalized patients,doctors,nurses and pharmacists,the results were analyzed using statistical method.RESULTS:There was a general lack of knowledge about clinical pharmaceutical service,higher demands on participation of pharmacists in clinical work were made,and present situation was less than satisfied.CONCLUSION:Clinical service mode of patients first and rational drug use foremost should be established,Chinese pharmacists should improve their knowledge construction and clinical service capability.
