| 摘 要： | 目的探讨树舌中钾(K)、钙(Ca)、钠(Na)、镁(Mg)含量。方法应用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定辽宁省产树舌中K、Ca、Na、Mg的含量。结果辽宁产树舌中K、Ca、Na、Mg含量分别为(6．3856±0．9630)、(13．2718±3．3818)、(4．8948±4．4199)、(3．2466±0．4134)g/kg。结论辽宁产树舌中含有丰富的K、Ca、Na、Mg，并首次测定出含有Na元素。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study K, Ca, Na, Mg contents in Ganodorma lucidum. Methods: The contents of K, Ca, Na and Mg in Ganodorma lucidum produced in Liaoning Provincewere determined by FAAS. Results:The contents of K, Ca, Na and Mg were respectively6.3856±0.9630, 13.2718±3.3818,4.8948±4.4199and 3.2466±0.4134. Conclusion0:There are rich K, Ca,Na and Mg in Ganodorma lucidum produced in Liaoning Province and Nais found for the first time. |
