| 摘 要： | 目的：观察润肺散结汤治疗气阴两虚痰浊泛肺型晚期肺鳞癌的临床疗效。方法：将60例气阴两虚痰浊泛肺型肺鳞癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组服用润肺散结汤,每天1剂,早晚分服;对照组采用放射疗法。均30d为1个疗程,共治疗1个疗程。结果：治疗组主症好转率、无进展率优于对照组,其生活质量改善明显高于对照组。结论：润肺散结汤是治疗气阴两虚痰浊泛肺型晚期肺鳞癌的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of Runfei Sanjie Decoction on advanced squamous carcinoma of both qi and yin deficiency type with lung phlegm-turbidity syndrome. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group with Runfei Sanjie Decoction, one dose a day, taken half in the morning and evening; the control group with a course of treatment of radiation therapy for 30 d. Results： The treatment group was superior to the control group in the improve- ment rate of symptoms, progression-free rate and their improved life quality. Conclusion： Runfei Sanjie Decoction is an effective methods for advanced squamous carcinoma of both qi and yin deficiency type with lung phlegm-turbidity syndrome. |
