| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液含量测定的方法。方法：旋光法。结果：硝酸毛果芸香碱在0.5％～2.5％浓度范围内线性关系良好。回归方程C=0．4094α＋0．0037，r=0．9999。硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液的3种浓度平均回收率（n=9）为99．83％；RSD为0．30％。结论：本法操作简便，结果准确。可用于硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To Determination of pilocarpine nitrate eye drops by optical rotation. Methods:Optical rotation. (Results:The) calibration is linear in the range of 0.5%2.5% for Pilocarpine Nitrate(r=0.9999). The recoveries and relative standard deviations of the method were 99.83%;0.30%,respectively.Conclusion:The method had a good accuracy, precision and reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Pilocarpine Nitrate Eye Drops |
