摘    要:目的:建立测定硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液含量测定的方法。方法:旋光法。结果:硝酸毛果芸香碱在0.5%~2.5%浓度范围内线性关系良好。回归方程C=0.4094α+0.0037,r=0.9999。硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液的3种浓度平均回收率(n=9)为99.83%;RSD为0.30%。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确。可用于硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective:To Determination of pilocarpine nitrate eye drops by optical rotation. Methods:Optical rotation. (Results:The) calibration is linear in the range of 0.5%2.5% for Pilocarpine Nitrate(r=0.9999). The recoveries and relative standard deviations of the method were 99.83%;0.30%,respectively.Conclusion:The method had a good accuracy, precision and reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Pilocarpine Nitrate Eye Drops
