摘    要:目的 探讨新兵基础训练期间起始体能水平和训练伤的关系。方法 在基础训练开始时对416名新兵进行6项体能测试并按总分分为成绩高、中、低组,以初始3km成绩分为3组,观察各组训练伤发生率。结果 总分成绩高、中、低组各组间在总伤率、过劳性损伤及急性创伤性损伤发生率无统计学差异;3km跑成绩好的组发生过劳性损伤较多,成绩差的组发生急性创伤性损伤较多。结论 针对不同体质的新兵,预防军训伤的侧重点应有所不同。

Abstract:AIM To evaluate relationship between military training injuries (MTI) and initial physical level in recruits during basic training. METHODS 416 recruits were separated into three groups (high, middle and low) by total scores of six physical tests; and another three groups by scores of 3 km running, and we observe the incidence of MTI. RESULTS Incidences of MTI were of no significant difference among high, middle and low groups. The group of high scores for 3 km running was liable to get overuse injuries, and the group of low scores for 3 km was easy to get acute traumatic injuries. CONCLUSION It is important to take different measures to prevent MTI of recruits with different physical level.
