摘    要:目的 研究脑出血 (CH)和蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)患者的脑脊液中一氧化氮 (NO)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH- PX)的变化与脑血管损伤的关系。方法 测定并比较 NO和 GSH- PX在 8例对照组的 CSF与 15例 ACH和 15例SAH患者的 CSF的含量变化。结果  ACH组和 SAH组的 CSF中的 NO浓度水平均高于对照组 ,而 GSH- PX浓度均低于对照组 ;脑出血组的 NO高于 SAH组 ,NO与 GSH- PX呈负相关。结论  NO、GSH- PX与脑损伤的损伤程度和炎症反应有关

Abstract:Objective To study the relationships between the changes of nitric oxide (NO) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) in cerespinal fluid (CSF) and cerebral vessel injury.Methods The changes of NO and GSH PX of 15 cases of ACH patients and 15 SAH patients were examinated ,and were compared with those of 8 healthy controls.Results The CSF NO levels of CH patients and SAH patients were significantly higher than those of control with NO level in ACH being higher than in SAH,but the levels of GSH-PX in both experimental groups were significantly lower than those in control.NO showed negatively correlated to GSH PX.Conclusions NO and GSH PX were correlated to the severity of cerebral injury and inflammation.
