透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障吸除术切口大小对术后角膜散光的影响

目的 比较不同大小透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障吸除手术后角膜屈光变化的差异.方法 选取160例(160只眼)超声乳化白内障手术患者.随机分成A组(2.2mm透明角膜切口)78例(78只眼),B组(3.0mm透明角膜切口)82例(82只眼),在术前、术后1周、1个月、3个月行角膜地形图检查,比较角膜散光度的变化.结果 术后1周,A组的散光度高于B组(P＜0.05);术后1个月,A组的散光度与B组相比,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),A组的散光度仍高于B组;术后3个月,A组与B组比较,两组的散光度差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 对于较硬核的白内障双手3.0mm透明角膜切口超声乳化手术比2.2mm透明角膜切口术后早期角膜屈光改变更小.

Corneal refractive analysis of phacoemulsification through different clear incision

Objective To compare the corneal refraction changes of different clear incision with conventional incision phacoemulsification.Methods Design Prospective case series.Participants of 160 patients (160 eyes) performed phacoemulsification.Of 78 patients (78 eyes) were in group A (2.2mm clear incision phacoemulsification) and 82 patients (82 eyes) in group B (3.0mml corneal incision phacoemulsification).TMS-4 corneal topography was used to evaluate the corneal refraction change.Results There were statistically significant differences between these two groups at pre-operation and 1 week,1 and 3 months post-operation.Conclusions 3.0mm clear incision phacoemulsification has lower changes of the mean corneal curvature compared with 2.2mm incision phacoemulsification.
