短期胰岛素持续皮下输注强化治疗2型糖尿病的临床研究

目的研究短期胰岛素持续皮下输注治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法136例2型糖尿病患者分为胰岛素泵CSII组（68例）和多次皮下注射胰岛素（MSⅡ）组（68例）,观察其血糖达标时间、胰岛素剂量和低血糖次数。结果两组患者治疗后血糖都明显下降,CSII组血糖达标时间明显少于MSⅡ组,低血糖发生的次数更少。结论胰岛素持续皮下输注控制血糖更为迅速、理想,低血糖发生率低。

Clinical observation on continuous subcutaneous insulin injection in the intensive treatment of type 2 diabetic patients

Objective To observe the effect and security of continuous subcutaneous insulin injection(CSII) on type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods One hundred and thirty-six patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus were divided into 2 groups.One group received CSII with insulin pump,and another received multiple subcutaneous insulin injection(MSII).The good effective time,insulin dose and hypoglycemia incidence were observed.Results Bood glucose dropped significantly in both groups after treatment((P<)0.05).The good effective time and hypoglycemia incidence were lower in CSII group than those in MSII(P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of CSII is more prompt and efficient with lower incidence of hypoglycemia,as compared with MSII.
