护理干预对加味失笑散微囊贴剂穴位治疗癌痛的影响

目的探讨加味失笑散微囊贴剂穴位治疗中重度癌痛患者的疗效及护理体会。方法将150例中重度癌痛患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用加味失笑散微囊贴剂穴位；对照组对于中度癌痛患者予曲马多片口服，重度癌痛患者使用美施康定片，比较两组的镇痛效果及不良反应。结果治疗组癌痛患者NRS评分下降，药物不良反应少于对照组，两组比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。综合护理干预后，150例患者焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于干预前（P〈0．01）。结论加味失笑散微囊贴剂治疗癌痛效果好，不良反应少。综合护理干预可以改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，促进疾病早日康复，提高生活质量。

Nursing intervention of Jiaweishixiaosan on microencapsulated patch acupoint in the treatment of cancer pain effect

Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing experience of Shixiaosan microcapsule patch on patients with moderate and severe cancer pain.Methods All 150 pactients with moderate and serious cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group.The treatment group patients were treated with Shixiaosan microcapsule sticking on acupoints,qd,while the control group patients with moderate pain took Tramadol hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,with serious pain took Morphine sulfate sustained-release tables(MST),compared with analgesic effect and adverse effect.Results The NRS score was reduced in treatment group,adverse effect of drug was less than those in the control group,the difference was statistic significant(P < 0.01).After comprehensive nursing intervention in 150 patients,and anxiety,depression rating were significantly lower than with before(P < 0.01).Conclusion The Shixiaosan microcapsule has treatment effect in cancer treatment,with fewer side effects.Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve patients’ anxiety,depression,and promote disease get better soon,and improve the quality of life.
