合肥新生儿先天性甲低TSH筛查切值研究

目的:建立合肥地区新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症促甲状腺素(TSH)筛查的切值。方法:采取出生72小时后新生儿足跟血,采用时间分辨荧光免疫法检测血中促甲状腺素(TSH)浓度。结果:合肥地区新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症筛查促甲状腺素(TSH)的切值为9.22U/mL。结论:新生儿促甲状腺素(TSH)切值的确定为合肥地区今后开展新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症筛查和预防先天性甲状腺功能低下提供科学依据。

A research on cut-off value of thyrotropin(TSH) for screening of congenital hypothyroidism(CH) of newborn in Hefei city

Objective:To determine cut-off value of thyrotropin(TSH)for screening of congenital hypothyroidism(CH)of newborn in Hefei city,Hunan province.Methods:Heel blood samples were taken from the newborns born after 72 hours,and were dropped on the stipulated filter paper to determine concentration of thyrotropin(TSH)by using DELFIA method.Results:The cut-off value of thyrotropin(TSH)for screening of congenital hypothyroidism(CH)of newborn in Hefei city was 9.22 U/mL.Conclusion:The determination of TSH cut-off value of newborn provides a basis for screening of congenital hypothyroidism(CH)among the newborns in Hefei city.
