摘    要:目的探讨三种金属烤瓷冠对基牙龈沟液(gingival crevicular fluid,GCF)中可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)含量的影响。方法将90例磨牙行金属烤瓷单冠修复的患者,分成镍铬合金、金合金、金沉积烤瓷冠修复三组,于修复前及修复后1个月、6个月检测基牙GCF中sICAM-1的含量。结果 PFMC修复后1个月三组的sICAM-1含量较修复前均增加(P<0.05);修复后6个月三组PFMC基牙龈沟液中sICAM-1含量较修复后1个月明显下降(P<0.05),镍铬合金组sICAM-1含量高于修复前(P<0.05),金合金、金沉积组PFMC修复后6个月与修复前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复后6个月金合金、金沉积组sICAM-1含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),修复后6个月金合金与金沉积组sICAM-1的含量均低于镍铬合金组(P<0.05)。结论金合金、金沉积是理想的金属烤瓷合金,二者均优于镍铬合金。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of three kinds of porcelain fused to metal crowns (PFMC) on the levels of sICAM-1 in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF). Methods 90 patients with molars restoration of PFMC were randomly divided into three groups: Ni-Cr alloy group, gold alloy group and galvanized forming crowns group. The levels of sICAM-1 were detected at 1 and 6 months before and after the restoration of PFMC. Results The levels of sICAM-1 in three groups 1 month after the restoration were significantly higher than before restoration (P <0.05). The levels of sICAM-1 in three groups 6 month after the restoration were significantly less than 1 month after the restoration (P <0.05). The levels of sICAM-1 in Ni-Cr alloy group at 6 months of post-restoration were significantly higher than before restoration (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between preoperative sICAM-1 levels and 6 month after the restoration in gold alloy and galvanized forming group (P >0.05). There was no significant difference between gold alloy group and galvanized forming group in sICAM-1 levels 6 month after the restoration (P >0.05). The levels of sICAM-1 in gold alloy and galvanized forming group at 6 months of post-restoration were significantly less than Ni-Cr alloy group (P <0.05). Conclusions Gold alloy and galvanized forming are ideal for porcelain fused to metal alloy. Gold alloy and galvanized forming are better than the Ni-Cr alloy.
