摘    要:目的探讨早期康复护理对全髋关节置换术患者日常生活活动能力的影响。方法将行全髋关节置换术的250例患者随机分为试验组130例、对照组120例。2组均给予术后常规护理,试验组加强术后个性化的早期康复指导。结果试验组术后下肢静脉血栓发生率(8.46%)显著低于对照组(26.67%)(P<0.01);试验组平均住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01);试验组好评率(89.23%)显著高于对照组(66.67%)(P<0.01)。结论有效的术后护理与康复指导可减少髋关节置换术术后并发症,缩短患者住院时间,并提高患者满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore influence of early rehabilitation nursing care on activities of daily living of patients with total hip replacement(THR).Methods 250 patients after THR were randomly divided into experiment group(n=130) and control group(n=120).All patients were given general nursing measures,and the experiment group were additionally given enhanced early rehabilitation nursing care.Results The rate of phlebothrombosis of leg in the experiment group(8.46%) was lower than that of the control group(26.67%)(P<0.01),and the average hospital stays was also shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).The rate of good reputation in the experiment group(89.23%) was higher than that of the control group(66.67%)(P<0.01).Conclusion Effective early rehabilitation nursing care of THR can reduce the rate of complication postoperation,shorten the hospital stays,and increase the degree of patients’ satisfaction.
