保温干预对新生儿腹部手术围术期患儿体温的影响

摘    要:目的探讨保温干预对新生儿腹部手术患儿体温的影响。方法将60例新生儿腹部手术患儿随机分为保温组和对照组各30例,保温组采用控制室温24~26℃,冲洗液、输注液体和血液加热至37℃并使用充气升温毯的保温措施;对照组不实行保温干预。记录2组患儿围术期体温变化和寒战发生情况。结果保温组患儿在入手术室时、麻醉后、手术开始、手术中、手术结束时的体温比较无显著变化,而对照组患儿体温变化明显,与术前及保温组比较均显著下降(P〈0.05)。结论对新生儿术中采取有效的保温干预,可有效预防术中低体温和促进伤口愈合。

Abstract:Objective Explore the effects of the hypothermia during perioperative time of laparotomy in new born babies.Methods s60 new born babes receiving abdominal surgeries divided radomly into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.In the experimental group,the room temperature was controled at 24~26℃ and the washing liquor,infusion solution,and blood were heated to 37.00℃ and use aeration blanket to warm.And the new born babies in control group will not take warming measures. Watching and writing down the temperature changes of the baby patients during the perioperative time after operation and the case of shiver.Results In the experimental group,no significant changes in the body temperture in the operation room,after anaesthesia and the fore-operation,operation,post-operation.However,the baby patients in the control group,there were significant differences in the body temperature,and significately decreased compared with fore-operation and the experimental group's (P0.05).Conclusion The effective measures of hypothermia on new born babies during abdominal operation can prevent the low body temperature and help the patients recovery after operation.
