尼美舒利缓释微丸胶囊的制备及体外溶出度测定

摘    要:制备尼美舒利缓释微丸胶囊及测定体外溶出度.采用正交试验法研究缓释微丸的包衣处方,以成分溶出百分率为考察指标,20%的乙基纤维素(EC)为包衣材料,8%的聚乙二醇(PEG1000)醇溶液为致孔剂,枸橼酸三乙酯(TES)为增塑剂,包衣液的用量使微丸增重2%.本品平均累积溶出度与时间在1~8小时内呈良好的线性关系Q=13.14t-7.57(r=0.9905),可持续释药8h.本处方工艺合理,所制剂型达到缓释目的.

Abstract:Coating formula of Nimesulide sustained release pellet capsules and the dissolution in vitro were tested using orthogonal design methods. Percentages of dissolution were set as observation parameters. 20% EC was used as coating material, 8% PEG1000 as matrix and TES as hollow agent. The coating liquid increased the weight of pellets by 2%. The average accumulate dissolution showed a good linear range within 1st to 8th hr. The equation was Q=13.14t-7.57(r=0.9905). The release could sustain 8 hours.
