胰激肽原酶加雷公藤多苷治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床疗效观察

目的:探讨分析胰激肽原酶加雷公藤多苷治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2011年1¹2月间收治的确诊为慢性肾小球肾炎患者40例,在征得患者及家属同意的情况下分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各20例。观察组患者给予胰激肽原酶加雷公藤多苷治疗,对照组患者给予雷公藤多苷治疗,疗程均为90 d。观察两组患者治疗后的疗效,比较两组患者治疗前与治疗后的24 h尿蛋白(Pr 24 h)、血清总蛋白(STP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血浆可溶性内皮细胞蛋白C受体(sEPCR)、血浆P-选择素(sPs)水平。结果:治疗后两组在Pr 24 h、STP、ALB、sEPCR、sPs方面均有明显变化,观察组明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著差异,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:胰激肽原酶加雷公藤多苷治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Clinical Therapeutic Efficacy Observation of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Treated by Pancreatic Kallikrein and TWP

Objective: To investigate and analysis the clinical efficacy of chronic glomerulonephritis treated by pancreatic kallikrein + TWP. Methods: 40 Cases chronic glomerulonephritis patiants from January to December 2011 in our hospital were treated, with the approval of patients and their families consent, were divided into observation group and control group, each 20 cases. The observation group were treated with pancreatic kallikrein + TWP, the control group were given TWP treatment, a course of 90 d. The clinical efficacy were observed after treatment, and 24 h urine protein (Pr24h), serum total protein (STP), serum albumin (ALB), plasma soluble endothelial protein C receptor (sEPCR), plasma P-selectin (sPs) levels were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the Pr24h, STP, ALB, sEPCR, sPs of the observation group had changes, there were significant differences between the two groups, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Pancreatic kallikrein + TWP treatment chronic glomerulonephritis has significant clinical effect, is worthy of promotion.
