厂矿企业实施职工健康促进的现状研究——厂企职工生命质量影响因素分析

目的探讨影响厂企职工生命质量的因素。方法采用自制的企业人群职业卫生需求状况调查表及健康测量量表SF-36(中国版)对昆明市20个厂矿企业的1432名职工进行健康促进现况调查,并对该市厂企职工生命质量影响因素进行分析。结果(1)不同企业性质、不同性别、不同工龄职工的生命质量不同(P<0.05);(2)不同企业职工卫生知识、信念及行为的情况不同,其生命质量亦不相同(P<0.05)。结论国有企业职工及职业病患者的生命质量偏低;职业卫生“知、信、行”、年龄、工龄、性别及文化程度是影响职工生命质量的主要因素。建议加强职业健康教育与健康促进可提高职工生命质量。

Study of Health Promotion in Enterprises: An Analysis of Influencing Factors of Life Quality of Working Population

Objective To investigate the factor which effected the quality of life for working population.Methods Self-made occupational health demand questionnaires and the SF-36 (Chinese version)health survey questionnaires covering 20 enterprises with 1432 employees in Kunmimng city were conducted,to investigate health promotion status and analyze the influencing factors of quality of life for working population.Results The life qualities of employees in different genders and ages in enterprises of different natures were different( P <0.05);the qualities of employees with different conditions of health knowledge,attitude and behavior in different enterprises were also different ( P <0.05).Gender,towards wellness,their current level of action and education are important influencing factors in quality of life of workers.Conclusion The life quality of employees in state-owned enterprises or with some occupational diseases is lower.The major influencing factors of life quality are the levels of health knowledge,attitude and behavior,age,length of service,gender and educational level of the employees.Occupational health education and health promotion play an important role in improving quality life of working population.
