巴马县百岁老人甲襞微循环检测分析报告

对世界长寿之乡——广西巴马县百岁老人甲襞微循环检查。结果显示:多数呈象清晰,排列整齐,管袢数平均8支/mm~2,出入支管径基本正常,但毛细血管内微血流速度较缓慢,流态多在粒线流及粒流之间,多数老人可见乳突下静脉丛,但少见渗出、出血现象。老人无缺氧症状及体征。未发现高血压病。提示:异常之微循环数据,与老人宿疾有相关影响。

Observation on Nailfold Microcirculation with the Hundred-years-old

The nailfold microcirculation of hundred- year- olds were examined in worldwide longevity region-Guanxi Bama. The results showed that the majority of elderly people's capillary were distinct and regular, number of capillary loops averaged 8/mm~2. The diametres of efferentia and afferentia were approximately normal. but the blood flow was quite slow in microvessels, the flow condition were between grainthread flow and grain flow. The vena plexus under papilla were visible. The exsudation and haemorrage were rarely found. Nobody had anoxia symptome and sign or hypertension. It is suggested that some abnormal microcirculation data have relation with elders' chronic diseases.
