巡能泰对急性脑梗死患者的疗效与血液流变学研究

目的 探讨巡能泰对急性脑梗死患者的治疗及安全性。方法 选取脑梗死症状发作３天内住院的患者,给予巡能泰静脉注射,１周后再口服至４周。治疗前后评估其神经功能及日常生活自我照顾能力并检查血液流变学。结果 共有８０例接受本研究,巡能泰药物治疗组４１例,对照组３９例,比较的结果,药物治疗组在神经功能的恢复比对照组多,但尚未达统计学上的意义。但在日常生活自我照顾能力及血液流变学则有显著意义的进步。结论 脑缺血

Hemorheological and therapeutic effect of trental in patients with ac ute ischemic stroke

Objective　Evaluate the safety and therapeutic effect ofTrental(pentoxifylline) in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods　Patients withischemic stroke symptoms onset within 72 hours were included in this study. Study caseswere received Trental intravenou s drip for one week and then orally for further 3 weeks.Neurological scale,Bart hel Index of self-daily living care and hemorheological parameterswere compari son with control group before and after 4 weeks medication. Results　 Therewas no significant improvement in neurological scale after 4 we eks treatment butsignificant improvement in Barthel Index (P <0.01) and hemorheological parameters.Conclusions　Trental used in patients with ischemic stroke symptoms onset within 72hours, could improve their hemorheological conditions and self-care of activity of dai lyliving.
