多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌35例

目的:观察多西紫杉醇联合顺铂方案治疗晚期乳腺癌(ABC)及蒽环类耐药性乳腺癌的疗效和毒性反应。方法:多西紫杉醇75mg/m2静滴,d1;顺铂25mg/m2静脉滴入,d1～d3;每3周重复,完成3周期化疗后评价疗效。结果:35例均可评价疗效,CR4例,PR15例,SD9例,PD7例,总有效率(CR+PR)54.3%(19/35),中位TTP6.1月,中位生存时间13月,CBR(CR+PR+PD)74.3%(26/35)。主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制及胃肠道反应,本组白细胞下降～度8例(22.8%);恶心、呕吐20例(57.1%),多为～度。结论:多西紫杉醇和顺铂联合治疗ABC,特别是蒽环类耐药性乳腺癌疗效较好,毒副反应骨髓抑制较明显,消化道反应较轻。

Paclitaxel plus cisplatin in treatment of advanced breast carcinoma(35 cases report)

Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of paclitaxel(PTX) plus cisplatin(DDP) for advanced breast cancer (ABC) and anthracycline-resistant advanced breast cancer. Methods: 35 patients with ABC were treated with 75 mg/m2 PTX plus DDP. PTX 75 mg/m2 was used on day 1, DDP 25mg/m2 was used on day 1 to day 3 every 3 weeks and therapeutic effects were evaluated after 3 cycles of treatment. Results: The overall response rate was 54.3% (19/35). 4 cases were CR, 15 cases were PR, 9 cases were SD and 7 cases were PD. Median TTP was 6.1 month. Median survival time was 13 month. CBR(CR PR PD)was 74.3%(26/35). The main side effects were gastrointestinal and myelosuppression. Grade III-IV Hypoleukemia was found in 8 patients(22.8%), vomiting and nausea were found in 20 cases (57.1%). Conclusion: Paclitaxel (PTX) plus cisplatin(DDP) is effective for treatment of advanced breast cancer (ABC) especially for anthracycline-resistant advanced breast cancer with remarkable myelosuppression and acceptable gastrointestinal reaction.
