自然流产小鼠蜕膜组织肿瘤坏死因子-α和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1的表达

目的:比较正常妊娠与自然流产小鼠模型蜕膜组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)表达特征的差异,探讨TNF-α和MCP-1与不明原因自然流产的关系。方法:建立正常妊娠小鼠模型和自然流产小鼠模型,采用免疫组化SABC法测定两组模型孕13天蜕膜组织TNF-α和MCP-1的表达。结果:与正常妊娠模型相比,自然流产模型蜕膜组织中TNF-α、MCP-1的表达显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:蜕膜组织中TNF-α、MCP-1的表达与自然流产的发生发展有关。

Expression of Tumor Necrosis Factor - α and Monocyte Mhemotactic Protein - 1 of Decidua Tissue in Spontaneous Abortion Mouse Models

Objective:To probe into the correlation of the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 with unexplained spontaneous abortion through comparing the expression characters of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)on decidua tissue in normal pregnancy mouse models and in spontaneous abortion mouse models.Methods:The abortion-prone CBA×DBA/2 murine matings were established as the model of spontaneous abortion and nonabortion-prone CBA×BALB/C matings were used as the model of normal pregnancy.Immunohistochemistry method was adopted to detect the expression of TNF-α,MCP-1 of decidua tissue at the day 13 of gestation.Results:Comparing with normal pregnancy model,the expression of TNF-α and MCP-1 of decidua tissue of spontaneous abortion model were significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:TNF-α and MCP-1 of decidua tissue are associated with spontaneous abortion.The increased expression of TNF-α and MCP-1 of decidua tissue might be one of causes of spontaneous abortion.
