| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨妥泰（TPM）的抗癫痫作用及作用时间点。方法：采用戊四氯（PTZ）制备大鼠慢性癫痫模型，利用妥泰加以干扰，选取不同的时间点，观察癫痫大鼠行为学及脑电的变化。结果：TPM＋PTZ组大鼠的行为变化与PTZ组在前10、20天差异无显性意义，在4周后差异具显性意义；两组脑电波形无差别。结论：妥泰对化学药品（PTZ）诱导的癫痫有抑制作用，但其作用在持续应用4周后才出现。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the antiepileptic role of Topiramate(TPM) and the time-point in actions.Methods: Models of chronic epilepsy induced by pentylenetetrazol were established and interactted by TPM, as well as the changes of behavior and EEG at different time-points were observed in rats.Results: There are no difference in behavior between group PTZ and TPM+PTZ after 10,20days,but are significant difference after 4 weeks.Conclusion: TPM has antiepileptic role in epileptic rats induced by Chemical(such as PTZ),but the role occured after 4 weeks. |
