卵巢上皮性癌中 Livin 蛋白的表达及临床意义

目的 探讨研究 Livin 蛋白在正常卵巢组织、卵巢良性肿瘤组织及卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及与卵巢上皮性癌临床病理特征的关系。方法 随机选取吉林大学中日联谊医院2008年1月-2009年10月间手术切除的组织标本，其中正常卵巢组织20例、卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织20例和卵巢上皮性癌组织60例。应用免疫组织化学法对组织进行染色，以检测 Livin 的表达情况。结果 Livin 蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达明显高于在正常卵巢组织和卵巢良性肿瘤组织，Livin 蛋白在卵巢上皮癌高分化组、中分化组及低分化组中表达存在明显统计学差异（χ^2＝8．08，P ＜0．05），表达强度随着组织病理学分级逐渐升高而增强，但在不同的手术病理分期和组织学类型中的表达无明显差异．结论 Livin 的高表达可能促进卵巢癌的发生发展，其在卵巢上皮性癌中的高表达可能预示着该肿瘤恶性程度高，预后差，易复发。

Expression and clinical significance of Livin in epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissues

Objective To study the expression of Livin protein in normal ovarian tissue,benign ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian carcinoma and its relationship to clinical and pathological features of epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Methods Randomly selecting surgical resection specimens in the China-Japan Union Hopsital of Jilin University between January 2008-October 2009,including 20 cases of normal ovarian tissue,20 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumors and 60 cases of o epithelial ovarian carcinoma,using immunohistochemical method to stain tissues to detect the expression of Livin.Results Livin proteins expression in epithelial ovarian cancer tissures was significantly higher than in normal ovarian tissures and benign tumor tissures,there were significant statistical differences （χ^2 =8.08,P〈0.05） between highly,secondary and poorly differentiated epithelial ovarian cancer groups,the expression enhanced with the increase of the histopathological grade,but in different surgical stage and histological type there was no significant difference.Conclusion The high expression of Livin may contribute to the incidence and development of epithelial ovarian carcinoma,and its high expression may presage the malignancy,poor prognosis and easy relapse.
