散发性脑炎脑电图分析

目的探讨脑电图在散发病毒性脑炎的诊断与预后估计方面的价值。方法回顾性分析44例散发病毒性脑炎的异常EEG和临床资料。结果本组EEG检查正常范围脑电图9例(20.5%),异常脑电图35例,阳性率为79.5%,轻度异常14例(31.8%);中度异常15例(34.1%);重度异常6例(16.2%)。治愈率86.3%(38例),病死率13.6%(6例)。结论EEG检查阳性率高,且经济方便,对早期诊断、临床分型、疗效和估计预后有一定参考价值,可作为首选实验室检查方法。

Electroencephalogram Analysis of Sporadic Viral Encephalitis

Objective To discuss the value of electroencephalogram（EEG） which in diagnosis and estimate prognosis of sporadic viral encephalitis. Methods 44 patients with sporadic viral encephalitis were retrospectivly analyzed about abnormal EEG and clinical data. Results In this group, 9 eases （ 20.5% ） are normal, and 35 are abnormal. 79.5 % of them were positive, mildly abnormal in 14 eases （ 31.8 % ）, moderately abnormal in 15 cases（34.1% ） ,severe abnormal in 6 eases（ 13.6% ）. Cure rate of 86.3% （38 cases） , invalid rate of 13.6% （6 cases）. Conclusion EEG-positive rate remains high, and EEG is also economical and convenient. For early diagnosis, clinical classic, curative effect and the estimated prognosis, EEG has some reference value. It can be used as a useful laboratory tests.
