慢性心衰患者尿酸与超敏C反应蛋白检测的临床意义

目的探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者尿酸和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测的临床意义。方法测定88例慢性心力衰竭患者和对照组48例正常者的尿酸和超敏C反应蛋白。结果心功能Ⅱ级与心功能Ⅲ级和心功能Ⅲ级与心功能Ⅳ级之间尿酸和hs-CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但心力衰竭组与正常对照组和心功能Ⅱ级与心功能Ⅳ级之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。尿酸和hs-CRP水平随着心力衰竭程度加重而升高。组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相关分析表明,88例不同心功能NYHA分级的CHF患者的尿酸与hs-CRP呈正相关(r=0.817,P<0.01)。结论CHF患者尿酸和hs-CRP升高,CHF的分级,可能在CHF发生、发展中起一定作用,尿酸和hs-CRP浓度升高可作为CHF患者心功能不全严重程度的指标和炎症反应激活的标志。

Clinical Significance of Uric Acid and Supersensitivity C-reaction Protein Detection in Chronic Heart Failure (CHF)

Objective To discuss the clinical significance of detection on uric acid and hs - CRP in CHF patient. Methods The detection of uric acid and hs - CRP were detected in 88 cases of CHF patient and 48 cases of healthy adults as control. Results The level of uric acid and hs - CRP had no significant difference between heart function （HF） of Ⅱ - Ⅲ and Ⅲ-Ⅳ （ P 〉0.05） but it had in CHF and control, HF Ⅱ and Ⅳ （ P 〈0.01）. The level of uric acid and hs - CRP increased with aggravation of CHF with （ P 〈 0.01）. The level of uric acid and hs - CRP was positive related with CHF of NYHA. Conclusion The increased levels of uric acid and hs - CRP might play an important role in CHF development and they might be the data of CHF degree and inflammation action.
