米氮平与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的对照研究

摘    要:目的:观察米氮平治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法:将符合CCMD-3诊断标准的62例抑郁症病人随机分成两组,分别用米氮平或阿米替林治疗6周,采用临床疗效总评量表(CG I)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS),在治疗前和治疗后1、2、6周末评定疗效和不良反应。结果:两组患者在第1、2、6周的HAMD评分对照组分别为21.11±1.03、17.14±4.27、7.22±4.23,研究组分别为18.72±2.13、13.89±4.17、6.92±4.26;CG I评分对照组分别为3.52±0.71、3.07±0.71、1.85±0.71,研究组分别为3.04±0.63、2.26±0.68、1.62±0.76。两组比较第1、2周有显著性差异(P〈0.05),而第6周时则无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。TESS评分阿米替林组显著高于米氮平组。结论:米氮平治疗抑郁症疗效较好、起效较快、不良反应小、服用方便、安全,可首选使用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the even treatment of the rice nitrogen efficiency and the safety of the depression.Methods:The diagnosis CCMD-3 standard of 62 the examples drepression patient were divided into two groups,using the rice nitrogen or the Amitiptyline cures 6 weeks,The therapeutic efficiency was evaluated with the Clinical Global Impression(CGI) and Hamilton depressive scale(HAMD),the side effect was treated with the treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS),at before cure and treatment after 1,2 and 6 weekends assess the curative effect and vice-reactions.Results: In scores of TESS the Amitiptyline group is been distinctly high than the rice nitrogen group.Conclusions: The rice nitrogen even the treatment suppresses drepression the effect to compare good,compare since the effect quick,the vice-reaction is small and takes convenience,safety,can the head choose the usage.
