三段式治疗术治疗环状混合痔临床疗效观察

目的探索环状混合痔的微创手术治疗方法。方法将混合痔207例,随机分治疗组106例,对照组101例,分别采用三段式治疗术与传统外剥内扎术治疗,两组进行临床对比观察。结果术中出血量,住院天数,术后疼痛分级,术后肛缘水肿、尿潴留例数各指标,治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。术后半年至2年随访,两组痊愈、好转率无显著性差异;复发率治疗组低于对照组。结论三段式治疗术临床疗效明显优于传统手术。

Observation on Treatment of the Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids by Three-step Treatment

Objective To explore minimally invasive surgical treatment to circular mixed hemorrhoid.Methods Dividing Mixed hemorrhoid 207 cases into two groups randomly.106 cases were in treatment group with three-step therapy and 101 cases were in comparison group with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhodectomy.Results The quantity of blood loss in operation of treatment group is less than that of comparison group,and the length of hospital stay of treatment group is shorter than that of comparison group,and the extent of pain suffering and anal margin edema of treatment group after operation is also less than that of comparison group（P0.05）.During six months to 2 years post-operative follow-up,there is no significant difference of the rate of the improvement between the two groups,and the relapse rate of treatment group was lower than that of comparison group.Conclusion The clinical observation indicates that the three-step treatment outperforms the traditional treatment.
