三聯術治療青光眼并白内障臨床體會

目的探討閉角型青光眼并白内障三聯術臨床效果.方法對15例15眼閉角型青光眼并白内障進行了青光眼小梁切除、白内障摘出+人工晶體植入術.結果術前視力≥0.01占13眼,≥0.08占2眼,術后近期視力0.1～0.3爲10眼占67%,0.3～0.6爲5眼占33%,術前平均眼壓6.63kPa,術后眼壓控制在3.62kPa以下,平均2.49kPa,術后并發症及時得到控制.結論青光眼并白内障采用三聯術是較爲理想的手術方法.

Triplex operations on angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of triplex operations on angle closure ghaucoma combined with cataract. Methods 15 eyes with angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract were performed the triplex operations, it included glaucoma trabeculectomy, extracapsular extraction of cataract and implantation of introcular lens.Results Before operation, the visual acuity were above 0.01 in 13 eyes and above 0.08 in 2 eyes.Postoperatively,the short - term visual acuity were 0.1 to 0.3 in 10 eyes(67%) and 0.3 to 0.6 in 5 eyes(33%) .The mean ocular tension before operation was 6.63 KPa. Postoperatively, it ruduced to 2.49KPa and the complications were cured after operation. Conclusion Triplex operations are ideal method for the treatment of angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract.
