VEGF、sICAM-1对胸腔积液病因的诊断价值

目的探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1（sICAM-1）在诊断良恶性胸腔积液中的价值。方法选取64名胸腔积液患者,其中36例为恶性胸腔积液,28例为良性胸腔积液。抽取胸腔积液后采用ELISA法检测VEGF、sICAM-1的含量。结果恶性胸腔积液中的VEGF、sICAM-1水平高于良性胸腔积液。VEGF的恶性胸腔积液诊断分界点为1100 pg/ml,敏感性与特异性均为100%;sICAM-1的恶性胸腔积液诊断分界点为190 pg/ml,敏感性与特异性均为100%。结论VEGF、sICAM-1联合检测可为临床鉴别良恶性胸腔积液提供有效的参考指标。

Clinical significance of VEGF and slCAM-1 in malignant pleural effusions

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of VEGF and sICAM-1 in pleural effusion. Methods Sixty-four patients with pleural effusions were studied. Among them, 36 cases were malignant and 28 cases were benign. The quantities of VEGF and sICAM-1 in the pleural effusions were tested by ELISA. Results The levels of VEGF and sICAM-1 in malignant pleural effusion were much higher than that in benign one. The cutoff of VEGF was 1358 pg/ml, the sensitivity of VEGF was 90. 3% ,and the specificity was 82.3%. The cutoff of sICAM-1 was 190pg/ml, the sensitivity of sICAM-1 was 82. 5 %, and the specificity was 80. 2%. The sensitivity and the specificity of VEGF and sICAM-1 was 95. 1A% and 87.3%, respectively. Conclusions VEGF and sICAM-1 demonstrate clinical significance in the diagnosis of malignant and benign pleural effusions.
