小儿心肌炎基质金属蛋白酶-1检测及其意义

摘    要:目的评价血液中基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)与小儿心肌炎相互关系,验证临床检测MMP-1的意义。方法将年龄为1~14岁临床诊断为心肌炎的患者9例与相匹配的对照组9例取血标本,测定心肌酶谱包括门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB),心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、C反应蛋白及MMP-1,并行超声心动图等检查。结果超声心动图示心肌炎患儿射血分数显著降低、左心室扩大。心肌炎患儿与正常对照组心肌酶、心肌肌钙蛋白I、C反应蛋白及MMP-1检测差异均无显著性。结论对少儿心肌炎患者来说,血液中的MMP-1水平可能与其疾病无相关性。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the relationship between serum matrix metalloproteinase-1 and childhood myocarditis, and to provide evidences to support the measurement of serum matrix metalloproteinase-1.Methods Matrix metalloproteinase-1 and biochemical indexes of the harvested specimens and echocardiogram were studied from children with myocarditis (age: 1-14 years old, n=9) and healthy young children (age: 1-14 years old, n=9).Results Children with myocarditis showed reduced ejection fraction and dilated left ventricular compared with healthy children. Aspartic acid transaminase, lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, hydroxybutyric acid dehydrogenase, MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase, cardiac troponin I, C reactive protein and matrix metalloproteinase-1 showed nosignificant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Serum matrix Metalloproteinase-1 is not associated with children myocarditis.
