| 摘 要： | 目的:对国内7个厂家近几年来甲睾酮片的红外鉴别进行研讨。方法:采用两种方法预处理样品,分别绘制红外光谱图,与标准光谱图相比较。结果:大多数厂家的甲睾酮片按药典法预处理样品后绘制光谱图与标准光谱图存在差异,改进预处理方法后可得到与标准光谱图一致的光谱图。结论:建议对鉴别方法作相应调整或厂家改进制剂工艺。

| Abstract: | Objective:Study on infrared identification of methyltestosterone tablets of 7 different sources in the last few years. Method;Two methods were adopted to prepare the sample,and get the infrared spectra respectively. Result:Spectra of the majority of products are different from the standard spectrum, but the improved method can get the spectra identical with the standard spectrum. Conclusion:Advise to rectify the method of detection or the manufacturer to ameliorate the technique. |
