主观能动性在小儿外科护生带教中的应用

摘    要:目的 探索一种新的带教方法,并对其在小儿外科护生带教中的效果进行评价.方法 将119名护生随机分为两组.在4 w实习期间,实验组(60人)采用新的带教方法进行带教,对照组(59人)采用传统的方法进行带教.比较两组出科考核成绩及学习满意率.结果 实验组出科技能考核成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.01);对带教老师、实习内容、实习形式、实习效果及自我评价的满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 在临床小儿外科护生带教中,发挥学生的主观能动性可以大大提高带教效果.

Abstract:Objective To explore a new teaching method that was used in pediatric surgery to evaluate teaching effect Methods 119 nursing students were divided into two groups at random. The new teaching method was used in experimental group (60 students) , the traditionary method was applied to teach nursing students in control group (59 students) . The performance record and the ratio of learning satisfaction were compared when they left pediatric surgery. Results The score of technical proficiency of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.01) ;There were significant difference between experimental group and control group at the ratios of satisfaction with teachers and practice contents and practice types and practice results and self - evaluation of students ( P < 0. 01) . Conclusions The application of subjective initiative in teaching nursing students can significantly enhance teaching effect in pediatric surgery.
