职业紧张对心率、血压和唾液中钾离子浓度比的影响

摘    要:目的探讨心率、血压和唾液中钾、钠离子浓度比的变化在乘务员职业紧张程度判定中的意义。方法在1 960名机车乘务员中,随机抽取54名,采用HEM-605型电子血压计以坐位测定心率和血压(包括收缩压和舒张压)。测定时间分别为上班前0.5 h(休息0.5 h后)和班后0.5 h、1 h、1.5 h和2 h。采用岛津AA-670型原子吸收仪测定唾液中钾、钠离子浓度。结果班前与班中心率、血压和唾液中钾钠离子浓度比的测定结果统计学分析表明,组内变异大于组间变异,因此,组间差异无统计学显著性。但各项指标的总体变化趋势与对紧张源的应激反应相一致。结论乘务员的职业紧张程度处于中等或偏下程度,机体能够成功应对。心率、血压扣唾液中钾钠离子浓度比可作为职业紧张程度的判断指标。

Abstract:Objectiv To study the determinant significance of occupational stress's degree from the heart rate,blood pressure and the ratio of kaliumi on and natrium ion in saliva of the train drivers.Methods Determine the 54 train drivers'heart rate,blood pressure and the ratio of kalium ion and natrium ion in saliva at front shift and different time points on duty.Results The changes of studied targets accord with the reactions that the body respond with the occupational stress'origins fron different time.Conclusion The occupational stress's degree of train drivers is middling or low.The heart rate,blood pressure and the ratio of kalium ion and natrium ion could indicate the occupational stress's degree.
