摘    要:本文应用细胞培养和免疫间接荧光法测定脐血,正常人体外周血和成人骨髓的T淋巴细胞集落形成情况及培养前后淋巴细胞亚群的变化,结果表明:脐血的CFu-TL显著低于正常人外周血(P〈0.01),略低于成人骨髓(P〉0.05)培养脐血的CD3,CD4细胞含量均显著低于正常人外周血(P〈0.01),与成人骨髓相近似(P〉0.05)脐血的CD8细胞含量与正常人外周血和成人骨髓相似(P〉0.05);培养后的CFu

Abstract:T lymphocyte forming unit (CFu - TL) formation ability in the human cord hlood, adult peripheral blood (PB) and adult bone marrow (BM) were investigated. The percentage of.T lymphucyte subsets also was. analyzed by indirect immunofluorescence techotique, The results showed that the . number of CFu - TL in .the cord blood was much lower.,than that of ,the normal . PB and adult BM (P<0.001, P>0.05, respectively). lt was also revealed that ,the percentatge of. CD3 CD4 cells in the cord blood was much lower, than, that of the nomal PB .,(P< 0.01 ) and was approximate to that of the adult.BM (P>0.05) The percentage of CD8 cells in the cord blood.was similar to that of,the normal ,PB .or adult BM (p>0.05), The percentage, of CD3. cells in the CFo- TL from ,the cord blood , the normal PB and adult BM were not much different from each ,other. The percentage of CD4: cells, in the cord blood - derived CFu - TL was much, lower than,that of nor- mal PB or adult BM (P<0.05)., The percentage of CD8 cells was much.higher in the cord ,blood - derived CFu - TL (P<0.01, P< 0.05, respectively), leading, to a much lower ratio of CD4/CD8 in the CFu -TL from .cord blood than that from. normal PB or adult BM.
